Former NFL quarterback DeShone Kizer will try out for the Chicago Bears since Nick Foles and Mitchell Trubisky are hurt, per Field Yates of ESPN.

Trubisky was benched in Week 3 for Foles, who suffered a hip injury in Week 10 against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football. The Bears can't go back to Trubisky since Mitch is dealing with a shoulder injury.

Tyler Bray is the starting quarterback for the Bears right now. Chicago needs to sign someone, though, since Foles and Trubisky are banged up and they don't have anyone to replace Bray if he gets hurt in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers.

The Bears started the season at 5-1. However, they have lost four straight games and are now 5-5.

Other than leading Chicago to a comeback win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3 after replacing Mitchell Trubisky in the second half, Nick Foles has been awful as the Bears' starting quarterback. He has 10 touchdown passes and eight interceptions.

DeShone Kizer has played for the Cleveland Browns and Packers. He's 0-15 as a starter in the NFL and has more interceptions (24) than touchdown passes (11).

The Bears are likely going to miss the playoffs this season since the Packers are going to win the NFC North and Chicago isn't good enough to compete for one of the Wild Card spots.

It's going to be interesting to see if Bears head coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace survive this season.
