Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy has brought an entirely new look to the Bears this season and they have reaped the benefits of having a coach that looks to be a perfect fit thus far.

Nagy has improved upon disastrous seasons from the Bears in recent years in all aspects. The offense looks incredibly efficient and the defense is arguably the best in the league.

There's no doubt after the Bears made the Los Angeles Rams look like a college level team that Nagy is growing increasingly likely to win Coach of the Year.

The Bears have done a complete 180 from last season and this is the best the team has looked in over a decade. At this point in the season, Nagy has emerged as the heavy favorite to win the award and the Bears record is at 9-4 after last season's disappointing 5-11 record.

Under Nagy, quarterback Mitchell Trubisky looks like an extremely different player as he is now a major threat in the running game as well as in the passing game with a new cast of weapons. The real key to Chicago's success has been their unbelievably strong defense.

Nagy made a splash prior to the season as the team was able to trade for former Oakland Raider star, Khalil Mack. Mack has helped turn the talented defense from good to downright elite.

Nagy has his players backs and coaches the game in a very intelligent manner. Although he is known for having a great offensive mind, it's obvious at this point his formula in both areas have been a home run.
