C.J. McCollum remembered every single detail of Rodney Hood's game-winning 3-pointer in the Portland Trail Blazers' thrilling quadruple overtime victory over the Denver Nuggets in Game 3.

In fact, McCollum was more than happy to break down the entire sequence during the post-game press conference.

Watch his hilarious moment-by-moment commentary on the all-important possession:

With Portland down by one with less than 30 seconds remaining in the fourth overtime, McCollum drove and pulled up from the left wing despite drawing two defenders on him. He missed the go-ahead bucket, but luckily got the offensive rebound.

Upon getting the ball, McCollum immediately whiffed a pass in mid-air to a wide-open Hood on the right wing. The  lefty swing man pump faked to get a charging Will Barton off of the picture, set his feet for good measure, and drained the game-winning 3-pointer.

Hood, in fact, had been open even when McCollum took his shot. But McCollum, who had been having a spectacular night at that point, initially took matters into his own hands before finding his fresh teammate on a second opportunity.

McCollum top-scored for Portland with 41 points on 16-of-39 shooting – including four 3-pointers – in 61 grueling minutes in Game 3. The 6-foot-3 guard out of LeHigh kept the Blazers afloat with his backcourt-mate Damian Lillard struggling through the night.

Hood, who was huge down the stretch in overtime no. 4, had an efficient 19 points on 6-of-8 shooting in just 23 minutes. The 6-foot-7 forward not only made the go-ahead triple, he also drained two clutch jumpers in Portland's two previous possessions.
