The Portland Trail Blazers have kept it rolling through the 2018-19 NBA Season. With Damian Lillard leading the way, they are currently fourth in the Western Conference and have a record of 34-23. As they aim to climb into the second or third seed to avoid a probable meeting with the Golden State Warriors in the second round, they will have their work cut out for them.

Only 25 games remain for the Blazers in the regular season, and they are set to have the league’s most road heavy schedule coming off of the All-Star break, according to NBA.com. They are set to play nine games in Portland, and a lopsided 16 games on the road, starting with a seven-game road trip that will run them through the Eastern Conference.

Of those 25 games remaining, only eleven will be against teams that are out of the playoff picture or not fighting for seeding. It will be a tough go around for Portland, but they are absolutely capable rattling off wins through this stretch.

Over the last 15 games in the league, the Trail Blazers have been the NBA’s second-best offense, scoring 118.6 points per 100 possessions- only 1.9 behind the Golden State Warriors. They have been outscoring opponents by 7.5 points per 100 possessions as well, good for the fourth best net rating in the league.

With the new addition of Rodney Hood, Portland is hoping they can pull it off. After an early exit from the playoffs last season, this team has much to prove in the 2019 NBA Playoffs, so ending the season on a hot streak is a must.
