Free agent forward Darius Miller has signed a two-year deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The latter season will be a team option.

The Kentucky product will see his fourth season with the organization after spending the majority of the last two seasons in the German Bundesliga.

Miller played very limited minutes off the Pelicans' bench from 2012-14, still making a big enough impression with his stint overseas to warrant another run in the Big Easy.

The 27-year-old played just 43 minutes over five appearances in 2014-15, scoring two points on 1-of-7 shooting before being waived by the team, before starting his overseas venture.

At 6-foot-8, the former Wildcat is a last-ditch effort to improve the team's three-point shooting in a wallet-friendly way, as he knocked it down with a 39.3 percent efficiency during his rookie year with the team.

Miller averaged 10 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game in Bundesliga play and 12.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in EuroLeague.
