Cleveland Browns fans have a lot to be excited about this year, including Myles Garrett. There's been so much hype around the new-look offense and the addition of Odell Beckham Jr., that Garrett has actually flown a little under the radar.

Garrett doesn't want you to forget about him, and he shared an insane workout video recently on social media, via ESPN.

The defensive end was the first overall pick in 2017 for a reason, and he's a physical freak. In the video, he effortlessly performs box jumps with 50-pound dumbbells in hand. After an injury-plagued rookie season, Garrett started all 16 games a year ago.

The Texas A&M product flashed a ton, racking up 13.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, and 29 quarterback hits. The Browns also traded for Olivier Vernon this offseason, which should help take some of the pressure off Garrett.

With Vernon, Garrett, and Larry Ogunjobi in the fold, the Browns will have one of the most talented defensive fronts in all of football next season. The offense has understandably garnered most of the headlines, and that is new head coach Freddie Kitchens' focus, but the defense also has a chance to be really good.

As a former first overall pick, Garrett naturally has a lot to prove. The Browns have a new defensive coordinator in Steve Wilks, and Garrett will be a huge part of the transition. He intentionally keeps a low profile, meaning you won't read as much about him as you do many stars. But that doesn't mean he isn't putting in the work to be the best, and he should be in for a breakout 2019 campaign.
