Superstar quarterback Tom Brady has announced that he will not be returning to New England Patriots. That ends his 20-year run with the team.

It also means that he will be with a new team in 2020 though. Something that's been speculated for a while now, but there was no actual proof that it would actually happen. Well now it's happening and we have to wait and see which team it is.

One team that has expressed interest in Brady is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And now, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Tampa Bay General Manager Jason Licht says they are waiting on Brady's decision.

The Buccaneers are one of the last teams standing in the Brady sweepstakes. New England is out. The Indianapolis Colts appear to have signed Philip Rivers and the Tennessee Titans definitely signed Ryan Tannehill, to a massive deal even.

That leaves Tampa Bay and the Los Angeles Chargers as the two most likely teams to acquire Brady. Meanwhile, a few other teams could still be considered to be in the mix as well.

However, there really isn't much more the teams can do. Tampa Bay has made their pitch and had spoken with the quarterback on Monday. Every other team that's interested has likely made their case as well.

Now all they can do is sit and wait for Brady to decide. This could hurt some teams, as other available quarterbacks get scooped up. The reward is obvious though. Whoever ultimately signs Brady will have a very obvious Super Bowl shot for 2020, and possibly even another season or two after that.

The Buccaneers have a lot to look forward to in 2020, and adding Brady could make things that much more exciting. Like everyone else, they'll have to wait and see if he chooses them though.
