The verdict is out on the selections for the 2021 Pro Bowl roster. While there are some noteworthy names that rightfully deserve their selections to the prestigious event, some noticeable players have been snubbed form the ballot–one in particular being Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady.

Though Brady isn't usually a man of many words, the 14-time Pro-Bowler didn't hold back on Wednesday when asked about being left off the final selection for the game:

“I think there [are] a lot of people who end up being deserving of a really cool accolade like that,” the Buccaneers QB told reporters on Wednesday, per  Pro Football Talk. “I've been very fortunate to be picked a bunch of times, and I think it’s really great for other guys to get picked too. It’s hard sometimes to pick just a few guys. This year, there [were] a lot of great candidates at a lot of positions and a lot of teammates that I wish they would’ve made it.”

While fans of the 43-year old would've surely liked to see Brady compete in what could be one of his last opportunities to play in a Pro Bowl game, the Buccaneers star does have quite a few appearances to go around if need be.

What Brady seems more focused on at the moment is getting the Buccaneers to a higher plateau when the season is said and done:

“I think individual accolades have a certain place, [but] the most important thing for me has always been about winning football games. I wish we were 14-0 at this point, [but] we’re not — we haven’t deserved it. We haven’t played to that level yet, but hopefully we can play at a much higher level this Saturday,” Tom Brady added.

The field generals representing the NFC instead will be Aaron Rodgers, Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson.
