Milwaukee Bucks big man Brook Lopez had arguably his best playoff game in his entire career on Wednesday night. The 7-foot center led the way for his team as the Bucks secured a crucial Game 1 victory against the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Lopez came up big in the fourth and final frame, draining multiple 3-pointers down the stretch. At one point in the dying moments of the game, the 31-year-old was in such a zone that he applauded with an incredibly intense fervor. The internet loved it, and it instantly became a meme:

Following the game, Lopez was asked about the moment gone viral, and he had an amusing response:

Brook Lopez had quite a performance on Wednesday, so he definitely deserves his time in the spotlight.

Lopez turned back the clock in Game 1, accounting for 29 points (on 12-of-21 shooting), along with four 3-pointers, 11 rebounds, a couple of assists, four blocks, and zero turnovers in 35 minutes of action.

On the opposite side of the floor, Kawhi Leonard (31 points, nine rebounds) and Kyle Lowry (30 points, seven treys, eight rebounds) led the charge for Toronto, but they would ultimately fall short against the mighty Bucks thanks to a poor fourth quarter.

This was a huge win for Milwaukee, as they were able to draw first blood in what should be a tightly contested series. Game 2 will be on Friday, and the Bucks will definitely want to make it two out of two on their home floor.
