The Milwaukee Bucks just can't seem to catch a break and this might be the worst one yet. Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks franchise player, has entered the league's health and safety protocols.

He has made it clear that he is vaccinated multiple times so all he will need is two negative tests to be able to return to action. He is one of many players who has entered the league's protocol on Tuesday. Besides the Bucks star, Brooklyn Nets standout James Harden has also entered the protocol, amongst many others.

Is a tough blow for the Bucks who have not been playing as well as they have hoped for. They are still in second place in the Eastern Conference sitting at 18-11 on the year, despite their downplay. Unfortunately, they have dealt with injuries and have had other players in the COVID-19 protocols all season long. It's led them to not being able to play at full health for most of the season.

On the year, Giannis is doing his usual thing. He's arguably playing better than he ever has as he's averaging 27 points per game and 11.6 rebounds. He once again has a case to win the league's MVP and will look to continue that when he gets out of the health and safety protocols. It's been a tough season for Milwaukee in terms of their injuries, so hopefully, after this, they will be able to stay healthy for the rest of the year.
