Jrue Holiday is all-in on the Milwaukee Bucks' title hopes this season and unsurprisingly, this has a lot to do with the leadership of Giannis Antetokounmpo. With a tough first-round matchup against the Miami Heat in sight, Holiday expressed his desire to go to battle alongside the reigning league MVP and Defensive Player of the Year.

Holiday explained how Giannis has and continues to serve as an inspiration not only to him personally but for the rest of the Bucks squad as well:

“He does it everyday,” Holiday said of Antetokounmpo's work ethic. “He's in here everyday trying to be the best.  And it's just not the best player he can be but the best player in the world. And to be able to see that from the best player on your team is for one is exciting, but it makes me want to go out there and fight for him. And really fighting right next to him.”

Holiday, Antetokounmpo, and the rest of the team are going to be in for quite a fight when they battle the Heat in the first round of the playoffs. As Holiday said, all their hard work throughout the year will be “put to the test.”

As an added spice for the highly-anticipated Bucks-Heat series, Holiday also mentioned earlier that he believes that Milwaukee is a more talented side than Miami. The mind games have begun and we all fully expect a heck of a series from two of the best teams in the East this season.
