Chicago Bulls small forward Chandler Hutchison is currently listed as probable for the team's matchup with the Charlotte Hornets, according to K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago.

Hutchison has provided the Bulls with averages of 8.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists during 7 performances so far this season. He has shown flashes of improvement in his development as a player but this momentum was delayed due to injury.

A recent update about Hutchison's status suggested that he has been dealing with ‘very sore shins' and just hasn't been comfortable to play lately.

“Hutch is out. He has very sore shins, and doesn’t feel comfortable going,” Bulls head coach Jim Boylen said after Wednesday’s shootaround, via Johnson. “He came in yesterday and it flared up for him, and today it was very sore. We held him out of shootaround, he did a couple things and those things bothered him. So, I’m not gonna put anybody in jeopardy of hurting something else because something’s hurt. I’m not doing that.”

The Bulls need any boost they can get at this point. They have recently made headlines because Zach LaVine was benched by Boylen and most of their key players have significantly underachieved lately.

Some experts believed that Chicago could make a push for one of the lower playoff seeds in the Eastern Conference but they are looking far from capable.

As things currently stand, the Bulls are 5-11 on the season.
