Grayson Allen is not a beloved figure in the city of Chicago. Scratch that, safe to say Bulls fans hate his guts.

Ever since Grayson Allen decked beloved Bulls veteran Alex Caruso, which forced him to miss several weeks and counting with a wrist injury, he's become public enemy number one for their fanbase.

He finally made the trip to the United Center on Friday night and was greeted with a chorus of boos throughout the arena:

Allen, who's no stranger to hostility from opposing crowds, goaded the Bulls fans for their “weak” display.

Grayson Allen asked about the crowd in post-game interview: “That was weak, I’ve had way worse in college,” said the Bucks guard on Chicago's smattering of boos.

Grayson Allen was perceived as a villain ever since his Duke days and that reputation has followed him even up to the NBA.

During the Bulls-Bucks showdown, Allen was hit with an elbow to the face by Derrick Jones Jr. that was assessed as flagrant foul.

Many saw that as a possible attempt at retaliation over their sidelined teammate, but Derrick Jones Jr. was adamant that it was nothing more than inadvertent contact.

 Via K.C. Johnson:

“I don't think it was a flagrant,” said the Bulls veteran. “They said I hit him in the head. I didn't feel it. … Y'all trying to make it something it ain't. It's basketball.”

Where Grayson Allen goes, a mix of boos and questionable fouls seem to always follow.
