Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is listed as questionable for his team's game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday due to a hamstring issue, per Josh Alper of ProFootballTalk.

It should be noted that Murray was a full participant in Friday's practice, which obviously bodes well for his status this weekend, but he also might not be 100 percent—and a hamstring injury could be a big factor for a quarterback who loves to run the football.

Murray, who played his collegiate football at the University of Oklahoma, was selected by the Cardinals with the first overall pick of the NFL Draft back in April.

He has had a very impressive rookie campaign, throwing for 2,703 yards, 14 touchdowns, and five interceptions while completing 64.6 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 91.2. In addition, he has rushed for 418 yards and three scores while averaging 6.2 yards per carry.

Murray has been particularly strong over the last three games, throwing seven touchdown passes as opposed to just one pick. He also also completed over 70 percent of his throws in two of his past three outings.

Unfortunately for Murray, Arizona as a team has been shoddy.

The Cardinals have lost four straight games since their three-game winning streak, most recently falling to the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 36-26 in Week 11 before entering their bye week.

On the season overall, the Cards are just 3-7-1, but with Murray under center and with an impressive stable of young receivers, it's clear that the future is bright in Arizona.
