The Arizona Cardinals got their guy when they traded up to the 10th pick to get quarterback Josh Rosen out of UCLA. He wasn't the first quarterback taken though; he was the fourth with Baker Mayfield, Josh Rosen, and Josh Allen all going before him.

In his interview with Deion Sanders after being selected, he talked about how he just had a bigger chip on his shoulder now, and he tweeted the same feelings.

Leading into the NFL Draft, Rosen said he didn't care about what others said. He was just ready to get on the field and win Super Bowls, and now he is “Motivated beyond words” to get that done.

A big reason Rosen fell was some teams had questions about his commitment to winning, and some believed he would just show up to collect a paycheck.

Rosen has never been afraid to speak his mind, and for some, that is a big turnoff especially for a guy that is going to be the face of a franchise.

The positives for Rosen are many though. He looks to probably be the best pocket passer in this class, and if based on just talent he should have probably been the top quarterback taken.

When the UCLA product is on the field, he can sling it, and as a freshman, the former Bruins star threw for 3670 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.

It is unclear if Rosen will play right away, but he should probably be in the competition. Sam Bradford was signed this offseason by the Cardinals, but with the way his knees have held up, even if Rosen doesn't start the year, there is a good chance he will play this season.
