Arizona Cardinals stars Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins will most likely be unavailable against the San Francisco 49ers, according to Albert Breer:

Murray didn't practice the entire week due to an ankle injury, and there isn't much hope that he will be ready by game time. Backup quarterback Colt McCoy spent the entire time practicing with the first team instead. Hopkins is also questionable from a hamstring injury he faced during last week's loss to the Packers. The wide receiver's availability decision will be made after warmups.

With both Murray and Hopkins unlikely to play, the Cardinals' hopes against the 49ers look rough. Kyler Murray has had a dominant start to the season, throwing 2276 yards on a 72.7% completion rate, which is amongst the top five in the league. He also has 17 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. Hopkins has also been productive, receiving 486 yards and scoring seven touchdowns. A large chunk of the offense will be missing, as the dynamic duo will most likely not take part in this week's game.

The Arizona Cardinals are currently 7-1, tied for first place with the surging Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West. A loss against the 49ers could be a detrimental, especially in a division with dangerous teams.
