This may or may not mean anything at all, but it's certainly going to make a lot of people notice when a starting quarterback erases virtually every fingerprint of his team's brand on his own social media account. This is the case right now with Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who has seemingly unfollowed and removed anything related to the Cards from his official Instagram account (h/t Redditor BagRight8939).

Murray only has two images left on his Instagram account. There's nothing about the Cardinals on the pictures left nor on his bio. What remains are a 2018 image of Murray about his Heisman Trophy win and a much more recent uploaded picture of the Cardinals signal-caller and Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb during the Pro Bowl.

With 1.3 million Instagram followers, Murray could not have made the decision to remove Cardinals content on his account thinking that it would go unnoticed.

Murray and the Cardinals are coming off a disappointing season even though they managed to make the playoffs where they got eliminated in the Wild Card by the Super Bowl 56-bound Los Angeles Rams. Murray's cryptic social media decision might have something to do with that or with his current situation with respect to his contract. Murray has one more year left on his deal, so perhaps he is sending signals about what he wants from the Cardinals from a contract negotiation perspective.
