The Boston Celtics are looking for a fresh start. They're poised to get that based on Jaylen Brown's latest injury update.

The Celtics wing has been on the road to recovery ever since he was forced to end his season prematurely. Brown suffered a wrist injury that required surgery kept him out of their final season contests and postseason battle with the Brooklyn Nets.

Based on Jaylen Brown's latest update, the recovery has gone even better than expected.

Via Taylor Snow of Celtics.com:

“I never had surgery before, so this was a first for me,” a fully-healthy Brown said following Day 4 of Celtics Training Camp Saturday afternoon. “Definitely the mental part of it was interesting. The wrist takes so long to heal, it was kind of frustrating at times. But my body got a chance to heal, my mind got a chance to be refreshed, and right now I feel great. I feel lighter than ever, faster than ever, stronger than ever.”

That's definitely a huge relief for Jayson Tatum and the rest of the Celtics. After a roller coaster of a season last year, having all their guys at 100% is paramount for them to get back to being an Eastern Conference contender.
