The Chicago Bears will make the trip to Ford Field to take on the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. The Bears are coming off a win against the New York Giants and are going to try to build off that in this matchup.

Will the Bears be able to win their second game in a row or will they leave Thanksgiving looking towards next year? Let's breakdown three bold predictions for the Bears.

3. Defense forces three turnovers

The Bears have been effective defensively this season, but they have been quite inconsistent when it comes to forcing takeaways. During their Week 11 matchup with the Rams, the Bears forced three fumbles, but could only recover one of them. They are coming off a display against the Giants with a fumble recovery but no interceptions.

In this game, there are going to be plenty of fumbles and interceptions to go around. It's unclear if Jeff Driskel or David Blough is going to start for the Lions, but whoever it is, they will struggle to hang onto the ball.

Driskel is coming off a performance against the Washington Redskins that featured three interceptions, and there isn't anything about that matchup that should result in that many critical errors. The Bears' defense is going to be ruthless in this game, and they will create at least three turnovers.

2. Eddy Pineiro makes all of his kicks

It's pretty sad when a bold prediction has to be that a kicker will make all of his kicks, but that is the point we are at with Eddy Pineiro. Early in the season, Pineiro was effective, but he hasn't been nearly as trustworthy over the last few weeks. On the season, he has gone 14-19 on field goals and 18-20 on extra points.

This game is indoors and it will be perfect conditions. Look for Pineiro to regain some confidence and make all of his kicks.

1. The offense costs someone their job

The offense led by Mitchell Trubisky this year has not been effective and it's not going to get any better in this game. During his previous outing, Trubisky threw for 278 yards and one touchdown but he also had two terrible interceptions.

The offense and Trubisky are going to struggle and it's going to cost someone their job. It could be Matt Nagy, offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich or Trubisky, but one of those guys won't have a job after this game. Most likely it will be Trubisky going to the bench, and Chase Daniel taking over as the starter.
