Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George sent Dallas Mavericks star Kristaps Porzingis twisting and falling with a nasty cross punctuated with a nasty slam.

Midway through the second quarter of the game, George found himself with a driving lane from mid-range. Unfortunately, Porzingis tried to contest and failed as George fooled him with a fake dribble move before leaping off for a massive throwdown.

Kristaps Porzingis couldn't help but laugh at the embarrassing moment, as he was seen slowly blushing in red after he stood up and heard the cheers for Paul George and jeers for him.

There's one advantage for Porzingis, though: that moment against the Clippers should make people forget about his $50,000 fine earlier in the day for violating the league's protocols on going into bars, clubs, lounges and other similar establishments (In fact, maybe him dropping is because he still feels dancing after going clubbing on Sunday).

Anyway, it is undoubtedly a huge confidence-booster for George and the Clippers following their shocking defeat in Game 1. At halftime, LA managed to take the lead at 73-71 after trailing for much of the first half.

The Clippers will need PG13 to always be at his best moving forward, and big plays like that should only allow him get to that level.
