Los Angeles Clippers small forward Paul George and Houston Rockets point guard Russell Westbrook shared a nice moment together in Hawaii.

The Clippers and Rockets were playing each other in a preseason game. Both Westbrook and George didn't play, but the stars met up at half-court and exchanged pleasantries.

As you can see, Paul George and Russell Westbrook are still boys. The two All-Stars split up this summer after George requested a trade from the Oklahoma City Thunder and was sent to the Clippers. OKC traded Westbrook to the Rockets after the George deal was made.

The Thunder were bounced in the first round of the playoffs two seasons in a row during the George-Westbrook era. OKC won 49 games last season and was the sixth seed in the Western Conference. The Thunder lost to Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers in five games.

George, who was a finalist for the 2019 MVP award, averaged 28.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists last season while shooting 43.8 percent from the field, 38.6 percent from beyond the arc and 83.9 percent from the free-throw line. He underwent surgery to his right rotator cuff and left labrum after the Thunder’s season ended.

Westbrook, meanwhile, averaged a triple-double in 2018-19 for the third consecutive season. The former MVP put up 22.9 points, 11.1 rebounds and 10.7 assists. Like George, Westbrook also had surgery after the season ended. He had surgery on his left hand to repair a torn ligament in a finger and also had a minor procedure on his surgically repaired right knee.

Both the Clippers and Rockets are title contenders with George and Westbrook in the fold, respectively.
