DeAndre Hopkins sealed the victory for the Arizona Cardinals on what may be named as the play of the 2020 NFL season. Hopkins was able to bring in a Hail Mary from Kyler Murray to beat the Buffalo Bills 32-30 on Sunday.

There is a ton of excitement about the Hopkins catch, but Cardinals fans should be excited for what the catch and style of play shows for this team moving forward. Alex Clancy and Bo Brack of the daily Locked On Cardinals Podcast talk about how this Arizona team has all the makings of a squad that is ready to go on a run in the NFC:

Brack: The fact that this was the biggest game of the Cardinals’ season so far and the fact that they won. Regardless if they won 3-0, who cares, but the fact that they lost this game then won this game again in the span of 35 seconds and they go to Seattle on Thursday as the No. 1 seed in the NFC West when they had no business being there with 34 seconds left in the game. It just adds so much more intrigue to this team. This is what happens to teams that make runs in the NFL. These bounces have to happen, and this was the biggest bounce that the Cardinals could have found.

Clancy: They are a relentless team. They have a fighting spirit. We haven’t been able to say this about Cardinal teams over the past couple of seasons. There has been one game that they've really been out of the entire season and a testament to the collection of talent that Steve Keim has on this roster.
