Miami Dolphins defensive end Christian Wilkins is not making a big deal out of his skirmish with New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara.

To recall, Kamara shoved Wilkins after the Dolphins DE apparently stole his towel during the game. Kamara was flagged for the incident, though he might have it coming after he initially started it by pushing Wilkins earlier after a play.

In his postgame presser following the Dolphins' 20-3 win over the Saints, Christian Wilkins addressed the incident and admitted it was just his way to have fun during the contest.

“I'm not going to get too much in that. But like a lot of things I do it's all in fun. I'm a big kid out there. It's fun. But I also don't want to cost my team,” Wilkins said, per Joe Schad of Palm Beach Post.

The Dolphins certainly can't complain, especially after they improved their chances of making it to the playoffs. The race in the AFC is really tight, and every win matters from here on out. One mistake could certainly be costly, especially with how close teams are in the standings.

Miami is 8-7 on the season, behind the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots in the AFC East but still well in playoff position. And by the looks of it, it's Wilkins and Miami who'll be stealing a playoff berth from other teams after a 1-7 start to the 2021 campaign. Wow!
