Via Instagram, Dr. Dre thanked his family, friends, and supporters for the heartfelt messages. He also shared that he's doing “great” and will be home soon. He also gave a shoutout to the hospital staff who took care of him.
“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”
After news broke that Dr. Dre. was hospitalized, tweets poured in from his colleagues in the music industry, his business partners, and fans. Legendary rapper Ice Cube, Dr. Dre's fellow NWA member, sent his well-wishes to his good old buddy.
Miami Heat icon Dwyane Wade also wished Dr. Dre to recover quickly from the ordeal.
