The Philadelphia Eagles might be without their quarterback Jalen Hurts Sunday with an ankle injury. Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has listed him as questionable. Earlier in the week, Hurts spoke to the media and said that he was fine and that he would play, but according to NFL Network's Insider Ian Rapoport, that might not be the case.

Fantasy football managers who have been relying on the Eagles quarterback might need to make other plans. It would be unfortunate as Philadelphia squares off against the New York Jets and their dreadful defense.

The Jets rank at or near the bottom in almost every statistical category this season and fantasy quarterbacks have feasted on their secondary.

Hurts has been a revelation for fantasy football managers this season. He ranks 5th in fantasy football points this season, behind only Josh Allen, Tom Brady, Justin Herbert and Matthew Stafford.

A lot of his production comes from his legs. Hurts leads the Eagles in rushing with 695 yards on the ground. That is more than 200 yards ahead of running back Miles Sanders. But even if Hurts suits up Sunday vs the Jets, his mobility might be impacted, which could significantly alter his draft stock for Week 13.

If Hurts is unable to play, Gardner Minshew will get the start of the Jets. He would be worth starting in super flex leagues or straight two QB leagues, but in standard only desperate owners should look his way.

Either way, it seems like the Eagles will lean heavily on Miles Sanders and Boston Scott this week.
