Going into Week 10 of the NFL season, most fantasy football teams are either gearing up for playoffs, or bottom feeding. Regardless of where you are in the standings, it's always good to end the season with some pride.

Here are the wide receivers start/sit for Week 10.

WRs to start in NFL Week 10

Robert Woods, LA Rams

Robert Woods has been an excellent fantasy wide receiver ten weeks into the season, and has assumed the role for WR2 for most of the year. Woods is going up against the leagues worst pass defense, the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks are giving up an average of 362 passing yards per game to opposing teams, and that trend does not look like it's going to end soon.

Jared Goff is 12th in the NFL in passing yards per game, throwing over 268 yards per game. He should have no problem finding his number one receiver, Robert Woods, on Sunday. The Seahawks will likely matchup Shaquill Griffin with Woods on the outside which should be no problem for the USC product. Shaquille Griffin has struggled with opposing wide receivers this year, and ranks as only the 56th best corner according to PFF rankings.

Woods is poised to have a field day against the Seahawks weak secondary. Start him as a low end WR1/high end WR2.

Brandin Cooks, Houston Texans

The Texans match up with the Cleveland Browns in Week 10, and I expect the Brandin Cooks to have a monster game. Denzel Ward, the Browns WR1, is most likely going to match up with Will Fuller on the strong side.

That means that Cooks will be matched up against Terrance Mitchell on the weakside, the 40th ranked corner in the NFL according to PFF. That is definitely the more favourable matchup for Watson, and I could see the Texans looking to throw some deep shots to Cooks in single coverage on Sunday.

I project Cooks as a WR2/WR3, and would start him at a FLEX position at the very least.

Alshon Jeffery, Philadelphia Eagles

Yes, you read that right! Alshon Jefferey is back in the lineup and is slated to play his first game of the 2020 NFL season against the New York Giants.

There couldn't be a more favourable matchup for Jeffery either. He just came off of a bye week and is ready to expose the 25th ranked pass defense in the NFL. Whether the Giants task Bradberry or Yiadom to defend Jeffery, he should have no problem making contested catches or creating separation.

When healthy, Jeffery is easily Carson Wentz's favourite wide receiver option. With Ertz out, he might be Wentz's favourite passing option outright. I expect the Eagles to try and get Alshon involved often in their divisional matchup with the Giants.

I project Jeffery to be a low-end WR2/high end WR3 or FLEX player in Week 10.

WRs to sit in NFL Week 10

DJ Chark, Jacksonville Jaguars

DJ Chark owners are probably a little upset about how this season has gone so far for the LSU speedster. Chark has been the teams WR2 behind Laviska Shenault for most of the season and has not been a starting caliber player in fantasy. That is until last week. In Jake Luton's first NFL start, he connected with Chark seven times for 146 yards and a touchdown.

Just because he had a good week against the Texans does not mean that he's ready to be a starter in fantasy football however. The Texans have the 22nd worst pass defense and matched up Bradley Roby (26th ranked CB according to PFF) with Chark. The Jags matchup with the Packers in Week 10, where Chark will be matched up against the leagues top ranked cornerback according to PFF, Jaire Alexander.

Chark may be Luton's favourite target, but don't expect him to replicate what he did last week. I would sit DJ Chark for Week 10.

Marquise Brown, Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are in New England for Week 10. Regardless of team record, getting a win in Foxborough is no easy task. New England is a defensive minded team that is going to show plenty of different looks at Lamar Jackson. Jackson, who has struggled throwing the ball this season, will have his hands full against the Patriots strong secondary and will look to run the ball more often.

Where does that leave Hollywood Brown?

Not in a good spot. It is likely that the Patriots will match-up JC Jackson with Brown on Sunday. Jackson is one of the best cover corners in the NFL (17th in the NFL according to PFF), which should cause trouble for Brown when trying to create separation.

Brown hasn't had double digit points since week 5 and this isn't the week that he breaks that streak. The Patriots will lockdown Marquise Brown in Week 10, keep him on your bench.

DJ Moore, Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers have definitely been the surprise team of the NFL this season and that is largely in part because of Teddy Bridgewater's success at QB.

Although ranked very high coming into the season, DJ Moore has been Carolina's WR3 the last few weeks. With Curtis Samuel turning it up and Robby Anderson leading the team in targets, DJ Moore has become a secondary threat on his own team.

Week 10's matchup has Carolina taking on the Bucs who have the 14th ranked pass defense in the NFL. The Bucks have the leagues best run defense, so expect the Panthers to air the ball out quite a bit in this game. The only problem is, Moore doesn't seem like he'll be a recipient of any of the deep balls. I would sit DJ Moore for Week 10.

Week 10 could be a make or break week for you in fantasy football. Make sure you make the right call and start the breakout candidates, and sit the fantasy duds.
