The EA Sports College Football 25 Standard edition c0ver has reportedly leaked online, featuring Deluxe Cover Edition Athletes Travis Hunter, Quinn Ewers, and Donovan Edwards. Last week, we got a glimpse of the Deluxe Edition cover, which was also revealed before intended on the PlayStation store. Now, it seems pictures of the official standard cover are surfacing online.

Just one day before the official cover reveal, the EA Sports College Football 25 cover has reportedly leaked online, featuring Travis Hunter, Quinn Ewers, and Donovan Edwards as the cover athletes. All three athletes are also on the Deluxe Edition cover of the game, alongside other stars like Jalen Milroe and Carson Beck. However, it seems the trio also got the chance to star separately on the standard cover as well.
Travis Hunter takes the center stage after wowing the college football world last season. The WR/CB is a versatile athlete who helped make Colorado such a popular football team last year. Despite Buffaloes rough season, the team generated so much popularity because of players like Hunter. This should hopefully help the school acquire better talent and fight for better seasons ahead.
Ewers also makes the cover after an impressive 2023 season. He led the Longhorns to a 10-2 cover while throwing 22 touchdowns and only six interceptions last season. Despite pressure from fans and media to make Arch Manning the QB, Ewers has played well enough to remain the team's starter in 2024. We'll see if he can avoid a cover curse.
Lastly, Donovan Edwards is an interesting pick. The Michigan RB averaged over 7 yards per carry in 2022, and 4.2 in 2023. With Blake Corum, the two running backs made one of the most dangerous backfields in college football last year. Now he'll enter the 2024 as the premier back, in hopes of helping the team defend their National Championship title. It won't be easy without Harbaugh, but Michigan is a proven school.
Now, as of writing, the leaked cover is exactly what it is… a leak. While it certainly looks authentic, we should also wait to hear official confirmation from EA Sports.
