Ja Morant is obviously adored by the Memphis Grizzlies' devoted fans. However, he did not take it kindly when the same fan base heavily criticized his teammates in the aftermath of Memphis' stunning 114-113 loss to Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks at home on Wednesday.

The 21-year-old speedster took to Twitter to address some fair-weather fans after the match.

The Grizz were on pace to escape with the victory at FedEx Forum, up until Doncic's miraculous off-balanced, last-second heave spoiled the party. Twitter users were quick to lambast the Grizzlies for allowing Luka to steal the win from their fingertips. While some resorted to funny memes, others just posted hateful comments about some of the Grizzlies players.

Dillon Brooks and Jonas Valanciunas bore brunt of the blame since they were the closest ones to Doncic in that final possession. In their defense, the Mavs superstar lost his balance on that play and they probably wanted to avoid getting called for a foul.

As great as Doncic is, even he is aware that luck played a huge factor in that shot going in.

Even Grizzlies guard Grayson Allen, who had a fine game of 23 points on 6-for-11 shooting from downtown, was not spared. Some disgruntled fans pointed out that he should have come over and contested Doncic's shot instead of staying with his marked man in that scenario.

Morant, himself, also got blamed since he failed to match up with Doncic's 29-point output. The Grizzlies playmaker contributed 17 points, four rebounds, five assists, and one steal. Luckyily for us, the Grizzlies versus Mavericks saga is far from done.

Both teams are currently in the thick of the playoff seeding battle. For sure, Morant will count the days until he can try to exact revenge on Luka Doncic and his Mavs.
