Stephen Curry made history on Thursday night after securing his first-ever NBA Finals MVP award. It was a well-deserved honor for the greatest shooter of all time after he led the Golden State Warriors to a championship in Game 6 against the Boston Celtics. Even Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant had some high praise for Steph.
Morant took to Twitter to come out with a bold claim about Curry's elite status now that he's added a few more accolades to his resume:

Morant needed just four words to express how highly he thinks of Stephen Curry. For the Grizzlies All-Star point guard to say that Curry has now cemented himself as one of the Top 5 greatest players of all time is a bold statement, to say the least, with one or two all-time greats being knocked off Ja's five-man list.
It is worth noting that it was the Warriors that eliminated Morant's Grizzlies in the second round of the playoffs after an epic series. There were more than a few back-and-forth moments between Memphis and Golden State throughout the series, but it is clear that Morant has nothing but love and respect for Curry.
