Atlanta Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce believes he has the best pick and roll duo at his disposal in Trae Young and John Collins.

That dynamic duo hasn't been on display this season since Collins has only played in five games due to his PED suspension. The Hawks and Young certainly can't wait to get Collins back in the lineup.

Collins averaged 17.0 points and 8.8 rebounds while shooting 52.5 percent from the field before his suspension kicked in. The 22-year-old is a big part of what the Hawks are building off of.

Young has been putting up superstar numbers this season, but Atlanta is only 6-21. The fifth overall pick in the 2018 draft, Young is averaging 27.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 8.5 assists and shooting 44.3 percent overall, 36.8 percent from beyond the arc and 85.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Despite being only 22 and in his second season in the NBA, Young has already established himself as one of the top passers in the game. It's tough to guard Young in the pick-and-roll when Collins is setting the pick. Because Young has unlimited range, teams often trap him off the pick, which leaves Collins wide-open to run down the lane for powerful dunks.

More often than not, Young finds Collins and the Hawks get easy buckets at the basket.
