The Atlanta Hawks were down big at the half against the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, but Evan Turner somehow sneaked in a highlight play at the expense of LeBron James.

Turner drove to the lane and was met by James at the three-and-a-half minute mark of the second quarter in their match inside Staples Center.

James, who assumed Turner was going right, got dropped to the floor as the Hawks swingman used a nifty behind the back dribble to evade the four-time MVP.

Turner completed the highlight, finishing a difficult right-handed lay-up over Dwight Howard.

Now playing for his fifth NBA team since being drafted second overall by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2010, Turner has struggled to get consistent minutes in Atlanta’s bench, averaging 5.8 points, 2.0 boards, 2.0 assists, and 1.7 steals in four games played this season.
