Trae Young wins it at the buzzer for the Atlanta Hawks.

With 3.5 seconds remaining on the clock and the game tied at 127-all, the spit-fire rookie nailed a tough floater in the lane to secure the upset victory over the loaded Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night. Even more remarkable, he did it while being guarded by Jimmy Butler — perhaps one of the Sixers' best defenders.

Ice Trae finished with a game high 32 points, six rebounds and 11 assists. He shot 11-of-20 from the field and made four triples on the night.

It was a tight contest in the final minute of regulation as the Hawks and Sixers exchanged buckets down the stretch. Young nailed a long 3-pointer with 1:15 left in the contest to give the Hawks a 125-123 lead. Butler answered on the other end with an easy layup at the cup to tie things up with 56 seconds remaining.

On the other end, Young tried to go with the home run and attempted another long bomb, but missed it badly. Butler was then fouled on a fastbreak attempt and made both freebies to give Philly the lead.

Hawks forward Taurean Prince made a tough finger-roll over Tobias Harris to level matters once again. With 27.5 seconds remaining, the Sixers had the opportunity to close out the Hawks.

However, Atlanta played tremendous defense, preventing Philadelphia from even attempting a basket as the shot clock expired. As 3.5 ticks remained on the game clock, Trae Young stepped up to sink the hearts of the Sixers.
