As observed, Young casually rose up from over 30 feet to knock in the game-winning three-pointer. He finished the game with 22 points, seven assists, and four baskets from the beyond the arc.

To those who have followed Young's career since his college days, this seemingly casual three-pointer from way downtown is something that he been doing for a living. Some have even tagged this as his signature move, not just because of the frequency, but due to the accuracy of the shots.

Young, the fifth overall pick of the 2018 NBA Draft, has been tagged as the next Stephen Curry, primarily for his three-point shooting skills. Initially picked by the Dallas Mavericks, Young was sent to the Hawks in exchange for European basketball phenom Luca Doncic.

Perhaps it was a much-needed highlight for Young. As one of the top prospects entering the NBA, Young's preseason debut was hotly anticipated. But surprisingly, his performance so far has been underwhelming, up until the said game-winner. This could boost Young's confidence as the Hawks move forward to the regular season.
