This is definitely a concerning development for Heat fans, especially that two of the three players are a regular part of Miami's rotation.
The NBA looks hell bent on continuing the season despite the resurgence of COVID-19 cases in Florida, where the NBA will hold its “bubble” in Disney World in Orlando. They have incorporated strict quarantine policies for everyone who will participate in the NBA season's return at the end of the month. The league requires players who test positive to undergo two weeks of self-isolation.

These include Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic, Brooklyn Nets players DeAndre Jordan (who will sit out the rest of the season) and Spencer Dinwiddie, and Malcolm Brogdon of the Indiana Pacers.
The Heat became one of the surprise teams in the NBA this season. The arrival of Jimmy Butler this summer gave them the star that they needed to get to the next level. Moreover, third-year center Bam Adebayo's ascension to becoming an All-Star has given Butler a partner-in-crime to work with. Furthermore, youngsters Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and Kendrick Nunn have stepped up and become pleasant surprises for them this season.
Miami also got busy during the February trade deadline. They acquired three-time NBA champion and former Finals MVP Andre Iguodala from the Memphis Grizzlies along with Jae Crowder and Solomon Hill to bolster their chances in the playoffs.
