Jimmy Butler brought the heat on Sunday, and he got Dwyane Wade and everyone else hyped.
Butler and his Miami Heat squad pulled off an epic 115-104 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 3 to bring them back to within a game in the NBA Finals. The 31-year-old's herculean effort on Sunday impressed NBA fans all over the word, including his good friend and their franchise icon.

Jimmy Butler finished the game with an incredible stat line of 40 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists, and it was the perfect stage for him to showcase his first ever career playoff triple double.

The five-time All-Star put his entire team on his back and took over in the fourth and final quarter with key plays down the stretch. It almost didn't matter who his man was, as the Heat gave Jimmy the ball and he turned it into buckets.
The opposing Lakers seemed to have no answer to Butler and the rest of the Heat on Game 3 as they came out flat. They were playing catch-up almost the entire game, with Miami going on runs whenever Los Angeles tried to keep the cut the deficit.
Miami was again missing the services of two of their starters in Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic on Sunday, so Butler had to play huge minutes for the team. He eventually ended up logging in 45 minutes in the crucial Game 3.
It sure looked like the Big Face Coffee CEO had a strong cup of coffee before the game, he needs that same brew coming into Tuesday's Game 4.
