Miami Heat All-Star Jimmy Butler has been a great player for a while, but his star rose to new heights thanks to his dominant performance in the NBA bubble in 2020. Butler brought his scrappy Heat squad all the way to the NBA Finals before losing to the Los Angeles Lakers in six games.

In addition to his outstanding performance on the court, Butler made a name for himself with his Big Face Coffee business, which took the bubble by storm. The Heat star is also a rather unique personality, and he's always good for an epic quote.

With the playoffs approaching, The Undefeated's Marc Spears interviewed Butler about how things have changed for him since his big bubble blowout. The Heat star answered in perfect fashion:

“I do the same stuff, bro. I won’t even lie to you,” Butler told The Undefeated. “People may know my face a little bit more. A little more business here and there. But me as a person, I just want to make some coffee, play dominoes, drink a beer here and there and a lot of wine on the way. And helping as many people around my people.

“That’s me in a nutshell, before the bubble, during it, coming out of it. That’s who I am.”

Goals.

I certainly like the sound of just playing basketball and dominoes and drinking a lot of booze. And I guess that whole helping people thing is good as well. Jimmy Butler is living the life with the Heat.

Butler's Heat have had an up-and-down season in another weird NBA year, but they seem to be hitting their stride at the right time. They're now 38-31 in 2020-21 to get to the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference. As long as they're healthy, nobody will want to face Miami in a playoff setting.
