After missing multiple games due to a late hit by Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic, Miami Heat forward Markieff Morris looks ready to play again. The rugged enforcer replied to a Twitter account asking for the team to give out more information on Morris' status. His five-word response?

Markieff Morris missed a grand total of 23 straight games this season. The injury was due to a retaliatory hit by Jokic, who shoved the Heat forward to the ground after the latter elbowed his back earlier. It's certainly not a good look for the reigning MVP to retaliate in such a manner, but some fans feel like the hit on Morris was deserved.

After that incident, a whole Twitter drama ensued between Markieff's twin Marcus Morris and Nikola Jokic's brothers. It became the talk of the town, as the Heat forward's brother attacked Jokic's character and the Nuggets star's brother responded in kind. It certainly became an overnight Twitter sensation.

Unfortunately, Morris won't be able to exact revenge on Jokic and the Nuggets when he returns. The Heat only play the Nuggets twice in the season since they play in different conferences, and the rematch was handily won by Jokic's team. However… if both teams somehow make it to the Finals… maybe we'll get to see these two duke it out.

Ultimately, the Heat are just glad Markieff Morris will be back for them. They sit at 4th place in the East with a 20 – 13 record and are looking to make a deep postseason run. They'll need all hands to be available for them, including Morris.
