The Miami Heat social media team made sure that the Jimmy Butler-TJ Warren beef won't be dying any time soon.

The Heat's official Twitter threw some parting shots at Warren and the Indiana Pacers shortly after Miami slowed down the red-hot team, 114-92, at the Visa Athletic Center on Monday.

Miami's social media team was certainly not feeling gracious after the win, rubbing the victory by changing their Twitter photo to Butler kissing Warren goodbye.

This, of course, was the scene from the Heat-Pacers game back in January when Warren was ejected after figuring in a heated scuffle with Butler. The Miami All-Star was called for an offensive foul after pushing Warren, and the Indiana forward responded by taunting Butler.

Warren incurred his second technical and was booted out of the game. He even signaled for Butler to meet him in the back hallway to fight.

The pair have shared mutual animosity towards one another since then. Jimmy Butler even described TJ Warren to the press as “soft” and once called him a “trash.”

Given the pair's disdain for one another, it was no wonder why the Heat-Pacers match-up had been highly anticipated.

There's no doubt Warren has been the unofficial MVP of the Orlando bubble so far. He was averaging 34.8 points per game on a ridiculous 60.5 percent shooting clip (including 55.6 percent from downtown) prior to Monday's match.

Butler, however, sent him back to earth and held him down to just 12 points on 5-for-14 field goals in 29 minutes.

The Heat's defensive ace also had a fine game on the other end, finishing with 19 markers, 11 rebounds, five assists, four steals and one block.

Miami and Indiana will once again lock horns on Friday to finish the regular season. The two teams are currently ranked fourth and fifth in the Eastern Conference. Safe to say that would be one hell of a first-round match-up, especially with Butler and Warren guarding one another.
