Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz were firing from all cylinders early in Game 5 against the Los Angeles Clippers. The Jazz came out hot off the gates and knocked down a franchise record of 10 threes in the opening quarter of a crucial Game 5 encounter against the visiting Clippers.

Mitchell punched in a side-step three on the right-wing halfway through the quarter ala-Stephen Curry in the face of Terrence Mann. This is a level 10 in terms of difficulty from Spida:

From there, the barrage of threes went on. Apart from Mitchell, it was actually the other Jazz shooters who were hitting all the right notes early in the game. Utah's starting swingman Bojan Bogdanovic shot 6-7 from deep in the first 12 minutes while the newly-crowned Sixth Man of the Year Jordan Clarkson also drained a couple himself.

Unfortunately for the Jazz, the road team also put up a high-octane offense in the opening half to try and match their intensity in a must-win Game 5. Without superstar Kawhi Leonard who's out due to a strained ACL, it's been Paul George with the help of fellow starting forward Marcus Morris who helped keep the Clippers' head above waters.

With the series tied at 2-2, expect both teams to give it their all and try to snatch a pivotal win to bring them one step closer to the next round. With the Phoenix Suns patiently waiting (and resting), look for both the Jazz and the Clippers to keep exchanging punches in Game 5.
