The New York Jets are the kings of New York (New Jersey)! On Sunday afternoon, Pro Bowl safety Jamal Adams helped lead his team to a 7-point win over the rival New York Giants. Each East Rutherford based franchise now has two wins on the season as it stands today.

With the Jets pulling out a 31-24 victory over the Giants, the aforementioned Adams played a huge role in his team's latest win. However, he still believes that he can do even more to help his team while he might even be able to take his game to a higher level going forward.

Adams finished the Week 10 clash between the Jets and Giants with 8 tackles, 2 sacks and a pair of forced fumbles. Over the course of his first eight regular-season appearances for the Jets as a result of the 2019-20 regular season, the 24-year-old Adams tallied 43 total tackles, 1 sack, 1 interception, and 5 passes defenses.

It's safe to say Adams took things to another level in Week 10 against the Giants. Unfortunately for the Jets, winning won't help the once heralded AFC East franchise at this point in the season. With the postseason pretty far out of reach through the first 10 weeks of the year, the Jets will be playing for position in the 2020 NFL Draft.

With that in mind, the Jets' two wins have them just outside of the top five at this point in the season. The Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins, Miami Dolphins, New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons currently sit in front of the Jets in terms of the worst records in the NFL.
