From the news you never saw coming department, New York Jets wide receiver Jeremy Kerley is blaming a ghost for a PED test result.
Let me repeat that again just so you understand what is happening here. Jeremy Kerley, a receiver for the New York Jets, is using a theoretical ghost to explain the result of a PED test.
Kerley is facing a four-game suspension from the National Football League for violating its drug policies. He's not exactly admitting that he used anything illegal or against league standards. Instead, as his defense for the positive result, he's turned to the paranormal.
When asked how his PED test came back positive, the Jets talent responded in kind:

If there's something strange in the neighborhood, who are you going to call?
In all seriousness, I would love to see Kerley not use this in a tongue-in-cheek fashion as he defense during some sort of appeals process.
Anyway, he's my new favorite player ever.
