Ah, the period of people predicting team's records for the NFL regular season has begun. The New York Jets have made plenty of moves this offseason, enough to warrant an impressive record from a former Jets player.

Mark Sanchez went on NFL Total Access on NFL Network to sift through the Jets' schedule in 2019. Let's just say he has lofty expectations for the new look football team in 2019.

Here's the video of the former NFL quarterback making his picks for every game of the Jets regular season.

Sanchez ended with New York finishing the 2019 season with a 13-3 record. He questionably has the Jets going 4-2 in the AFC East, beating the New England Patriots once.

The Jets may have added Le'Veon Bell and C.J. Mosley this offseason, but should temper expectations for a team with a new head coach and Sam Darnold in his second season.

Last season, the Jets were last place in the AFC East with a record of 4-12. Now, all of a sudden they're going to run through the whole NFL and go 13-3?

It's hard not to expect an improved season in 2019 compared to 2018 but not a nine-win difference. Sanchez was obviously looking at it with the standpoint of being a former player for the Jets.

The craziest part is probably the confidence he has that the Jets will finally beat the Patriots. Although, the Patriots have won 15 out of their last 18 meetings dating back to 2010.

The Jets are in for an improved season under Adam Gase and company but let's not crown them as AFC East champs. Especially when the Patriots are coming off of their sixth Super Bowl win in franchise history.

It looks like Sanchez will fumble it again but this time it doesn't involve running into his own guy.
