When the Sacramento Kings drafted Marvin Bagley III with the second overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the franchise was hoping he would be a dominant force for years to come.

It's looks like that time has already arrived.

Against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, Marvin Bagley III finished with 20 points and 15 rebounds off the bench, becoming the first teenager in NBA history to produce that statline while coming off the bench.

This is very impressive. For a 19-year-old to put up that kind of statline against a good defensive team like the Warriors is not an easy task. As long as he keeps his head on a swivel, looks like the Kings got a good one in Bagley III.

Entering Saturday, Marvin Bagley III was averaging 12.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 51.2 percent from the field, 36.8 percent from beyond the arc and 61.4 percent from the free-throw line. He hasn't started any games this season and is only playing roughly 23 minutes a night, so those numbers are striking considering the situation Bagley III is in.

The Kings lost to the Warriors on Saturday and are now 10-9 on the season. Sacramento has surprised many people with their positive start to the season and the play of Marvin Bagley III is a big reason why the team is winning games in the rugged Western Conference.
