Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadivé believes the Kings will be “one of the best shows in sports” next season.

Ranadivé expects Sacramento to play a fast, exciting brand of basketball under new head coach Luke Walton.

The Kings have arguably the fastest player in basketball running their offense in point guard De'Aaron Fox. Sacramento hasn't had a winning record or made the playoffs since 2006.

It will be tough for the Kings to make the postseason in 2019-20 since the Western Conference is going to be a bloodbath, but Vivek Ranadivé thinks his roster has what it takes to compete in the rugged West.

The Kings' roster is headlined by Fox, Marvin Bagley III, Buddy Hield, Harrison Barnes and Bogdan Bogdanović. Sacramento signed veterans Trevor Ariza, Cory Joseph, Dewayne Dedmon and Richaun Holmes this summer in free agency, hoping their veteran presence will push the team.

Fox has a chance to be an All-Star soon as long as he continues to improve. The lefty averaged 17.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 7.3 assists last season and garnered praise left and right during his time with Team USA this offseason before withdrawing.

The Kings will go as far as Fox, Bagley III, Hield and Barnes can take them. It would be a great story to see Sacramento back in the playoffs.
