bagleyLike most teams around the NBA, the Sacramento Kings are keeping a close eye on which players will be available in this year's Draft. In fact, the Kings have a lot on their plate, as they're currently holding the No. 2 pick. Who Sacramento will choose is still up for debate. However, according to a report from James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area, it sounds like they're interested in Marvin Bagley III.

Bagley, now 19 years of age, actually skipped a year of high school, then later went on to shine with the Duke Blue Devils. In case you didn't know, he's a 6-11, 220 pound power forward who has loads of skills in his proverbial bag. Agility, strength on the glass, and even three-point shooting are all parts of his game.

In 33 appearances with the Blue Devils last season (32 starts), Bagley racked up averages of 21.0 points on 61.4 percent shooting from the field (39.7 percent from beyond the arc), 11.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and just under one block (0.9) in 33.8 minutes per.

Bagley would fit well with the Kings, but the team already has several talented young bigs, including Harry Giles, Skal Labissiere, and Willie Cauley-Stein. That doesn't mean it won't work, though.

NBC Sports also noted that Bagley flew to Sacramento last week for a meeting and workout session with the Kings.

“He swung by Sacramento last week for a full workout and meeting with the team and he left a very good impression,” James Ham writes in his recent article for NBC Sports.

The 2018 NBA Draft is set to commence at 7:00 p.m. EST inside the Barclays Center. Will the Kings take Bagley, or will they opt for someone else? Be sure to keep your browsers locked on ClutchPoints for more Draft coverage.
