Sacramento Kings point guard De'Aaron Fox has been on a serious tear as of late, averaging 22.7 points over his last nine games. During the first quarter of Wednesday's contest versus the Detroit Pistons, he got two points in about as convincing a fashion as possible.

Setting himself up from near half-court, Fox drove to the basket and threw the ball down with force all over Pistons big man Christian Wood.

The dunk from Fox is a legitimate Poster of the Year candidate. Wood not only came over in an attempt to turn him away, but the Kings' speedy guard cocked the ball back before viciously throwing it down.

The Pistons are playing Wednesday without the services of Andre Drummond, who is not only the league's leading rebounder, but also the team's anchor in the middle of its defense. Wood has been tasked with protecting the rim, and if that possession is any indication, it could be a long night in the interior for Detroit.

De'Aaron Fox and the Kings Sacramento enter Wednesday night's game with a 15-28 record, 14th in the Western Conference standings. Meanwhile, the Pistons are ninth in the East with a 16-28 record.
