Through the first few games of the season, the New York Knicks have made a few moves concerning their starting lineup in the frontcourt.

According to Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders, the Knicks have decided to roll with veteran point guard Jarrett Jack in the starting lineup on Friday night against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Knicks have gotten out to a slow start dropping the first three games of the season quickly falling into the same track as the last few years. One of their issues early on has been finding consistent play at the point guard position.

With rookie Frank Ntilikina still dealing with nagging injuries, it has put head coach Jeff Hornacek in the position to rely more on veterans such as Jack and Ramon Sessions to handle the starting duties. In fact, this will mark the 33-year-old's first start of the season as he's only made one appearance where he recorded four points on 2-of-5 shooting from the field with two assists and two rebounds in 18 minutes played.

Meanwhile, Sessions had started the first three games where he averaged 7.0 points on just 36.8 percent shooting from the field and 16.7 percent from beyond the arc along with a team-best 4.3 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 26.3 minutes per contest.
