The Los Angeles Lakers were already without LeBron James against the San Antonio Spurs due to an ankle injury. Now they've been dealt with another injury scare on co-star Anthony Davis.

The Lakers big man was seen writhing in pain during the final minute of regulation against the Spurs. Anthony Davis was positioning himself for a rebound but landed awkwardly on his right leg, leaving him in a heap on the baseline.

Lakers fans can breath a sigh of relief for the time being as AD stayed in the contest as it went to overtime. He even jumped for the tip, which is a good sign that his knee isn't bothering him too much.

However, this doesn't necessarily rule him fully healthy going forward. LeBron James injured his ankle in the previous contest and stayed in the game, but was forced to sit out this one to ensure a full recovery.
