Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant has released his children's book, The Wizenard Series: Training Camp.

No matter your opinion of Kobe Bryant, there's one thing everyone can agree on: he's one of the greatest basketball minds of all-time. Not many share Bryant's passion for the game and desire to be the best. That's led him to study and learn more about basketball than most, in addition to leading the Lakers to five NBA championships.

Now, he's releasing a fictional book about a high-school basketball team. The book centers around a lowly team with a new head coach. It will be told from five different perspectives (five different players on the team), retelling the same stories and events from those five views.

While this is fiction, you should still be expecting plenty of basketball knowledge. Leave it to Bryant to find a way to write an informative “fiction” book.

According to the tweet from Bryant himself, the book will give you a look at the challenges, hopes and fears of the different players.

With each person, he'll be hoping to teach the reader lessons about the game of basketball, as well as life, from his 20 seasons with the Lakers. A lot goes into being a teammate, more than meets the eye. He's had plenty of experience in that field, and knows that everyone faces their own demons that might not be apparent to the rest of the world. It will be interesting to see how he tackles these topics.
