The Los Angeles Lakers will start Kyle Kuzma against the Denver Nuggets on Monday since Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is out with a foot injury.

Kuzma is averaging 12.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game on the season for the Lakers. So far in the bubble games, the talented swingman is putting up 13.8 points on 40.6 percent shooting from the field and 41.9 percent from beyond the arc.

The Lakers have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the West. However, they haven't played well at Disney World, entering the game against the Nuggets with just a 2-4 record in the seeding games.

Once the 2020 playoffs start, the Lakers know what they are going to get from superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The team, however, isn't sure who the third scorer is going to be. Kuzma has the skills to fill that role, but he has been very inconsistent in 2019-20.

Kuzma will be making his playoff debut in 2020. Postseason basketball is totally different than regular season hoops, even if there aren't going to be any fans at Disney World.

With that said, only time will tell if Kyle Kuzma is ready to take his game to the next level for the Lakers in the playoffs. Los Angeles is still waiting to see who it will face in the first round.
